Covid-19 Information
We have been in frequent communication with our host, Union University and Covid restrictions.
Union is following the policy* of Madison County, which has lifted the mask mandate. Masks will not be required anywhere on campus, inside or outside, but you are welcome to wear a mask if you prefer.
By participating at NITOC you and your family agree to the following:
By attending and/or sending your student(s) to the National Invitational Tournament of Champions each day, you are acknowledging you/they are healthy and not exhibiting any signs of sickness.
Each family is responsible for the health of their own student(s). Only parents can determine if their student(s) or other family member(s) have a vulnerability or underlying health condition that would jeopardize their safety by attending NITOC.
We Recommend the Following Guidelines
1. Attendees should wash their hands or use hand sanitizer before meals.
2. Competitors should continue to be sensitive to the situation and avoid shaking hands with judges unless they offer a hand first.
3. Sick or vulnerable students should not attend or compete.
4. Be prepared to wear a mask at local businesses as they may still be required by some merchants.
